Our Devon Farm Shop and tea room near Winkleigh offers you delicious home-baked cakes and pastries.
Enjoy a coffee, treat, or maybe a light lunch while the aroma of freshly baked cakes wafts temptingly through the shop... Relax in a friendly atmosphere and watch cows or sheep grazing contentedly.
Our fresh produce has really low food miles:
- All of our meals are made using our own meat and veg wherever possible.
- All chicken is free range and local, this also includes eggs.
- We sell our own meat from the freezer in the shop (fresh meat may be ordered ahead)
- You can also purchase 'Devon fayre': cheese, milk, jams chutneys etc.
- Seasonal vegetables are also available, grown here on the farm.
- It is our policy to support loca suppliers
- We endeavour to produce food which we hope you will appreciate is prepared responsibly and with care.

Fiona's Farm Fayre: A farm shop with the taste of Devon
This handsome young boy is where it all begins, back in October. This is Bob, our charollais ram.
By mid march we are half way through lambing. This is some of the mum's to be, waiting to be fed. For the last six weeks of gestation the ewes have to be fed concentrates to help with fast growing lambs inside of them.
While the other mums were outside waiting patiently, this mum had other things on her mind. One baby had arrived and was wanting to suckle the very precious colostrum needed by every baby.
But another one was on the way, so mother was a little pre-occupied with trying to have it. There was a little complication with it so fortunately I was there to help.
